Duplex apartment by the sea. In a privileged situation, this accommodation has 2 floors; In the lower one we will find the kitchen, independent and fully equipped for cooking: a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and the bright living room, with a cheerful decoration and with access to the terrace that has lateral views of the sea.
Already on the upper floor we find the 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed, the other with 2 singles and the bathroom with a bathtub make up this practical apartment.
The urbanization has a lawn and seasonal communal pool (open from June 15 to September 15).
Walking to the center of Tarifa takes about 10 minutes.
Enjoy the wonderful beach of Los Lances and the natural environment that the area offers you!

The apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location is excellent, right on the beach. A bonus was the pool being open!
