Here is this old fisherman's house, completely renovated. It is located just 50 meters from the sand on the beach. It consists of 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people.
In the surroundings, a 10-minute walk from the apartment there are bars and restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy etc ...
It has a living room with flat screen TV, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and backyard with porch and outdoor furniture.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, catalytic oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker ... etc. It also has crockery, cutlery, glassware, all the necessary kitchen utensils, items and cleaning products, a drawer for the recycling, tablecloth, etc.
The 35 m2 backyard has a space covered in a wooden pergola, automatic irrigation, a shower and a low faucet.
