Located on the second line of the iconic Los Lances Beach, this spacious and bright terraced house is perfect for those who want to enjoy the sea just a few steps away, without giving up the convenience of having the centre of Tarifa just a 7-minute walk away.
Distributed over two floors, the property offers accommodation for 6 people. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with single beds, as well as two full bathrooms (one en suite with a bathtub and another with a shower). On the ground floor, there is an additional toilet, ideal for everyday use.
The independent kitchen, very spacious and fully equipped, includes a dining table and direct access to a functional backyard, perfect for hanging laundry or rinsing sports equipment if you come to practice kitesurfing, windsurfing or other water activities.
From the living room, you can access a cosy private terrace with a chill out area, equipped with a table and chairs and with partial sea views, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
The location is unbeatable: right across the street you will find very popular cafés and restaurants such as Surla, Pueblo Nómada or Café del Mar, ideal for breakfast, lunch or having a drink in a nice atmosphere. This house is perfectly located for Los Lances beach with some corner sea views from the balcony.

Llegamos y nos tuvieron que cambiar el alojamiento, nos facilitaron la entrada en un chalet fantástico. A 50 metros de la playa, podíamos ir andando al centro del pueblo y a la calle de las tiendas. Los anfitriones muy atentos.

Sehr schönes sauberes gut erhaltenes Haus , gute Betten / Matratzen , net , gut und gemütlich eingerichtet , kleines Balkon auf der Westseite , grosser Fernseher. Guter Service von LivingTarife ( ein komplizierter Glühlampenwechsel wurde sofort getätigt). Wenig Strassenlärm von der recht stark befahrenen Strasse , "reservierter" Parking an der Strasse . Lage ist gut mit Meerblick (wenige Meter vom schonen Strand). 15-20 Gehminuten vom alten Stadtkern. Innenhof mat fliessendem Wasser. Klimaanlage im grossen Schlafzimmer ( haben wir nicht benutzt aber sicherlich von Vorteil im Sommer). Nette Kneipen in 100-200 meter . Läden in 5-10 Geh Minutes

Wir waren ende März angereist . Das Haus war sehr kühl ( 18 Grad) und keine Heizung vorhanden ( der Ofen war verriegelt ). TarifaLiving hat uns sofort unentgeltlich einen kleinen Elektroofen gebracht ( Das Haus last wenig Sonne rein ,dies ist sicherlsee more

Haus ist hellhörig ( vom Nachbar und Anliegerwohnung). Doppelbett sehr eng ( kann auch Vorteil sein !). Relativ wenig Porzelan für Vollbesetzung...kleine einfache Kaffemachine passt nicht so recht zur sonst sehr gut ausgestatteten modernen Küche . Klimaanlage hat keine Heizschlangen für Winterbetrieb.
