Beautiful and comfortable detached house, with WiFi, two bedrooms, lounge, bathroom and terrace of 30 square metres; situated in a very quiet area of Tarifa, 5 minutes from the historic centre and Los Lances beach.
Direct and exclusive access from the street. You can park right in front of the house to unload your luggage or sports equipment and you will have a patio and terrace to clean and keep it safe.
You will be able to relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the village despite being next to the most commercial street in Tarifa.
If you practise kite, surf, wind-surf etc, you will have plenty of space to comfortably clean and store your sports equipment.
You will have at your disposal a very welcoming lounge with an incorporated kitchen, a bedroom with a 135 cm bed, another bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is comfortable and bright and there is a small patio that gives access to a terrace at the top of the house. The kitchen is perfectly equipped.
The place where the house is located is away from the hustle and bustle of the beach and the nightlife. However, it is close to everything important in the town, the shops and the beach.

Additional notes
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid the following day in the agency
