- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid the following day in the agency

The pillows. One of us had brought het own and the other slept on a blanket. The pillows were way too hard.
Next to this, with using >1 electric facility, the power went out/off. Really anoying. Even with using only the hairdryer.
