The accommodation has capacity for up to 8 people and features four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with single beds, as well as a full bathroom. Its comfortable and functional layout makes it an excellent option for families or groups of friends.
The heart of the house is its magnificent outdoor area. The spacious terrace with sea views invites you to relax in the sun, whilst the covered porch with outdoor dining area allows you to enjoy breakfasts, lunches and dinners whilst contemplating the horizon. The house also has a barbecue, outdoor shower and hose, perfect for refreshing yourself upon returning from the beach or after a day of outdoor activities.
Only 10 minutes walking along a natural path is Playa del Mirlo, one of the quietest and most special beaches in the area, surrounded by native vegetation and with spectacular crystal-clear waters.
Inside you will find a cosy traditional-style lounge-dining room connected to a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, countertop oven, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary kitchenware for a comfortable stay.
The house is prepared for any time of year thanks to air conditioning and heat pump in all bedrooms, as well as a fireplace that provides an especially pleasant atmosphere during the autumn and winter months.
It also has wifi and private space to park two vehicles within the property.
